Usage Data helps us understand trends in usage of our website so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the experience.

Forms
Our website has forms that allow you to send your Personal Information to us — primarily the consultation request form on our contact page. These forms collect your name, email address, phone number, project budget, timeline, and project scope.
Your Personal Information is used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential projects. It is never sold or distributed to third parties.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website. PostHog collects anonymous usage data — things like which pages are visited and how long people stay. It sets a cookie to distinguish between visits, but we do not use it to personally identify you.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking tools.

We post client testimonials, project photos, and project locations on our website. We always obtain consent from the individual or organization prior to posting their name alongside their testimonial or project details.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any related project work. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us.
Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and does not contain personally identifiable information.
